Sandra has been practicing massage therapy for more than 15 years, having graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and with a degree in Sport & Exercise Management from Brock University.
Additionally Sandra has obtained her Prenatal and Postnatal Massage Certificate carrying the passion of her practice towards pregnancy massage as well as sport and athletic treatments. Sandra believes in the philosophy that all parts of the body (the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) are all interconnected and work as one to maintain balance throughout the body. Sandra thrives to educate her patients on the body’s natural potential to achieve optimal health through regular care.
Heraclitus (Greek Poet) said it best: “Day by day, what you choose, what you think, and what you do, is who you become.”
